Swapify.gg Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Swapify.gg, including all swap orders, rate quotes, and developer tooling. Please read them carefully before submitting any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swapify.gg ("Swapify", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Swapify and govern all swap orders, API requests, or related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, and not be a resident of any jurisdiction where digital asset swaps are prohibited. You warrant that you are not on any sanction or restricted party list and will only access Swapify in compliance with local regulations.
3. Non-Custodial Service
Swapify facilitates on-chain swaps without taking custody of your assets. Orders remain your responsibility until they are confirmed on the target blockchain. You understand that on-chain transactions are irreversible and that you must confirm all addresses, amounts, and memos prior to transfer.
4. Order Lifecycle
Each order generates a unique deposit address and rate quote. You must send the exact amount prior to expiration. Failure to do so may void the quote or trigger automatic refunds. Swapify reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, market abuse, or technical anomalies are detected.
5. Fees & Exchange Rates
Feeless pairs (including XNO, BAN, XDG, ANA, XRO, NANUSD) incur no protocol fees. Other pairs include blockchain network fees, liquidity spreads, or Swapify service fees clearly displayed before you submit an order. Rates are locked once the order is created, subject to expiration policies.
6. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) maintain control of wallets used for deposits and payouts, (c) comply with all network requirements (memos, destination tags, supported chains), (d) refrain from abusive behavior toward our support staff, and (e) promptly respond to compliance requests if required.
7. Prohibited Activity
You may not use Swapify to launder funds, evade sanctions, finance terrorism, facilitate ransomware, or otherwise engage in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to block addresses, freeze orders under investigation, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
8. Risk Disclosure
Digital asset swaps are inherently risky. Markets are volatile, liquidity can shift rapidly, and blockchain networks may experience congestion or outages. You acknowledge that (a) past performance does not guarantee future results, (b) values can drop to zero, and (c) you are solely responsible for tax implications.
9. Refunds & Recovery
If an order fails after funds are deposited, Swapify initiates an automatic refund to the originating address whenever possible. Refund timelines depend on blockchain confirmation times. Swapify cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks.
10. Disclaimers
Swapify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of quoted rates beyond the parameters expressly stated in the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapify and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, nor loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Swapify in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where required, notified via email or in-app notices. Continued use of Swapify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in English, unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of first use.
