General

Q:What is Swapify.gg?

Swapify.gg is a fast, user-friendly cryptocurrency swap platform supporting 1300+ tokens. We provide instant crypto-to-crypto exchanges with no account required, feeless swaps for select cryptocurrencies, and enterprise-grade liquidity.

Q:Are there any fees?

Feeless cryptocurrencies (XNO, BAN, XDG, ANA, XRO, NANUSD) have zero swap fees and instant transactions with minimums under $0.01.

Other cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) may have network fees and minimum amounts depending on the trading pair. These fees are determined by blockchain network costs and liquidity providers.

Q:Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

Swapify supports 1300+ cryptocurrencies including major coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC), DeFi tokens, and multiple network variants (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.).

Popular pairs include XNO↔BAN, BTC↔ETH, ETH↔USDT, and many more. Use our swap interface to check if your desired pair is available.

Q:Do I need to create an account?

No! Swapify is completely anonymous and requires no registration. Simply enter your swap details, provide a destination address, and complete the transaction. We value your privacy and don't store personal information.

Q:How fast are swaps compared to other platforms?

Feeless cryptocurrencies (XNO, BAN) complete in under 1 second with instant finality.

Other cryptocurrencies depend on blockchain confirmation times: - Fast chains (SOL, MATIC): 1-5 minutes - Standard chains (ETH, BTC): 10-30 minutes - Network congestion may increase times

Our streamlined interface and enterprise liquidity ensure swaps complete as fast as blockchain technology allows.

Swap Process

Q:How do I swap cryptocurrencies?

1. Select your "From" and "To" currencies 2. Enter the amount you want to swap 3. Provide your destination address (where you'll receive funds) 4. Review the exchange rate and click "Swap Now" 5. Send the exact amount shown to the deposit address 6. Track your order status until completion

The entire process typically takes 1-30 minutes depending on blockchain speeds.

Q:What are feeless cryptos?

Feeless cryptocurrencies are digital assets that don't charge transaction fees and confirm instantly. Swapify supports:

- XNO (Nano) - Instant, feeless, eco-friendly - BAN (Banano) - Fun, feeless, meme coin - XDG, ANA, XRO, NANUSD - Other feeless alternatives

These swaps have minimums under $0.01 and complete in under 1 second, making them perfect for micro-transactions and frequent trading.

Q:What are minimum and maximum swap amounts?

Minimums and maximums vary by trading pair:

Feeless cryptos: Minimum typically < $0.01, maximums in the thousands

Other cryptocurrencies: Minimums range from $1-$100 depending on network fees and liquidity. Some pairs may show "no maximum" indicating limited liquidity.

Check the swap interface for real-time limits on your specific pair.

Q:How long does a swap take?

Total swap time = Deposit confirmation + Exchange + Payout

Feeless cryptos (XNO, BAN): < 1 second total

Fast chains (SOL, MATIC, BSC): 2-10 minutes Standard chains (ETH, BTC): 15-45 minutes Slow chains during congestion: 1-2 hours

You can track progress in real-time on your order status page.

Q:Can I track my swap order?

Yes! After creating your swap, you'll receive a unique order link (e.g., swapify.gg/swap/abc123).

The order page shows: - Current status (waiting, exchanging, sending, completed) - Progress bar (0-100%) - Deposit address and amount - Your recipient address - Transaction hashes with blockchain explorer links - Estimated completion time

Bookmark this link to monitor your swap in real-time.

Address & Security

Q:What is a destination address?

A destination address is your cryptocurrency wallet address where you'll receive the swapped funds. This must be:

- A valid address for the currency you're receiving - An address you control (from your wallet) - On the correct network (e.g., USDT-ETH needs an Ethereum address)

Never use an exchange deposit address unless you're certain it supports direct deposits. Always double-check before submitting.

Q:What is a destination tag or memo?

A memo (also called destination tag) is an additional identifier required by some cryptocurrencies to route funds to the correct account.

Required for: XRP, XLM, EOS, BNB, ATOM, XEM, HBAR, and others

If your currency requires a memo, our interface will show a memo input field. Without the correct memo, funds may be lost or delayed. Always check with your receiving wallet/exchange for the correct memo.

Q:When do I need to provide a memo?

You need a memo when:

1. The swap interface shows a memo/destination tag field 2. You're sending to a centralized exchange (most require memos) 3. The receiving currency is XRP, XLM, EOS, BNB, ATOM, XEM, or HBAR

If sending to your personal wallet, you typically don't need a memo. If sending to an exchange, always get the memo from the exchange's deposit page.

Q:Is my crypto safe?

Yes! Swapify uses enterprise-grade infrastructure with:

- No custody - we never hold your funds - Direct blockchain transactions - Secure API connections - Real-time order tracking - Automatic refunds for failed swaps

However, always verify addresses and memos before submitting. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so double-check everything.

Q:What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Blockchain transactions are IRREVERSIBLE. If you send to an incorrect address:

- Funds cannot be recovered by Swapify - The blockchain has no "undo" function - Lost funds are permanent

ALWAYS verify: 1. Address matches your wallet 2. Network matches (e.g., don't send ERC-20 to TRC-20) 3. Memo/tag is correct if required 4. Do a small test transaction first for large amounts

We provide address validation to catch obvious errors, but you are ultimately responsible for accuracy.

Network Variants

Q:What are network variants?

Network variants are the same token on different blockchains. For example:

USDT-ETH: USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) USDT-TRX: USDT on Tron (TRC-20) USDT-BSC: USDT on Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20)

Each variant has different: - Transaction speeds - Network fees - Wallet compatibility

Always ensure your wallet supports the specific network variant you choose.

Q:Which network should I choose for USDT?

Common USDT networks:

USDT-TRX (Tron): Fastest, cheapest fees (~$1), most popular for exchanges USDT-ETH (Ethereum): Most compatible, higher fees ($5-50), DeFi standard USDT-BSC (Binance): Fast, low fees, good for Binance users USDT-MATIC (Polygon): Very cheap, fast, growing adoption

Check which network your destination wallet/exchange supports. When in doubt, ask their support team.

Q:What's the difference between network variants?

Same token, different blockchain:

Speed: Tron/BSC/Polygon (seconds), Ethereum (minutes) Fees: Tron/Polygon (cents), Ethereum ($5-50+) Compatibility: Ethereum most supported, others growing Security: Ethereum most established, others newer

The token value is the same (1 USDT = 1 USDT), but network choice affects cost and speed. Choose based on your destination's supported networks.

Q:How do I know which network my wallet supports?

Check your wallet's documentation:

1. Look for "supported networks" or "chain selection" 2. When depositing, check which networks are listed 3. Contact wallet support if unsure 4. Test with a small amount first

Common wallet support: - MetaMask: ETH, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum - Trust Wallet: Most networks - Exchange wallets: Check deposit page for specific network

NEVER send tokens on an unsupported network - they will be lost.

Order Status

Q:What do the different order statuses mean?

Waiting: We're waiting for your deposit Confirming: Your deposit is being confirmed on the blockchain Exchanging: We're swapping currencies at the locked-in rate Sending: Funds are being sent to your destination address Completed: Swap finished! Check your wallet Failed: Swap encountered an error (automatic refund initiated) Expired: Order expired before deposit (typically 30-60 minutes)

You can track status in real-time on your order page.

Q:Why is my order still waiting?

Common reasons:

1. Haven't sent deposit yet - check the deposit address 2. Sent wrong amount - must send EXACTLY the amount shown 3. Sent to wrong address - verify you used the correct deposit address 4. Blockchain delay - some networks take time to confirm 5. Insufficient network fee - transaction stuck in mempool

Check your sending wallet for transaction status. If sent correctly, it should appear within the blockchain's confirmation time.

Q:How long until my order expires?

Orders typically expire after 30-60 minutes of creation, depending on the trading pair. This protects you from rate fluctuations.

Expiration timer shows on your order page. If expired: - Don't send funds (they will be automatically refunded, but may take time) - Create a new order with current rates - Send deposit faster next time

For best results, have your sending wallet ready before creating the swap.

Q:What if my order fails?

Failed orders trigger automatic refunds:

1. System detects failure (exchange unavailable, insufficient liquidity, etc.) 2. Refund initiated to your original sending address 3. Refund completes within 1-24 hours depending on blockchain 4. You can create a new swap with adjusted parameters

Common failure reasons: - Extreme market volatility - Insufficient liquidity for large orders - Blockchain network issues

Contact support if refund is delayed beyond 24 hours.

Q:Can I cancel an order?

Before sending deposit: Yes, simply don't send funds and let the order expire.

After sending deposit: No, blockchain transactions are irreversible. The swap will proceed, or if it fails, you'll receive an automatic refund.

To avoid issues: - Triple-check all details before sending - Use the correct amount and address - Test with small amounts for large swaps - Contact support immediately if you made an error

Limits & Rates

Q:Why do some pairs have high minimums?

Minimum amounts cover:

1. Blockchain network fees (some networks charge $5-50 per transaction) 2. Liquidity provider costs 3. Exchange spread

Feeless cryptos (XNO, BAN) have minimums under $0.01 because they have no network fees.

Standard cryptos (BTC, ETH) have higher minimums to ensure the swap is profitable after fees. This protects both you and our liquidity providers.

Q:Why is there no maximum amount shown?

"No maximum" or very high maximums typically indicate limited liquidity for that specific pair.

This means: - Large orders may not complete - Better to split into smaller swaps - Check with support for very large amounts (>$10k)

Popular pairs (BTC↔ETH, XNO↔BAN) usually have stable maximums. Exotic pairs may have liquidity limitations.

Q:How are exchange rates calculated?

Rates are calculated from:

1. Real-time market prices across multiple exchanges 2. Liquidity provider rates 3. Network fees (included in the rate) 4. Small service fee for non-feeless cryptos

Rates are locked when you create your order, protecting you from volatility during the swap. You'll receive the amount shown, guaranteed (unless the swap fails due to extreme market conditions).

Q:Do rates change during the swap?

No! Rates are LOCKED when you create your order.

The "expected amount" shown is guaranteed (within 1-2% for potential network fee variations). Even if market prices change during the swap, you receive the originally quoted amount.

This protects you from: - Market volatility - Price manipulation - Slippage during swap execution

However, if you don't send deposit before expiration, you'll need to create a new order with current rates.

Technical

Q:Why can't I swap between certain pairs?

Some pairs aren't available due to:

1. Insufficient liquidity - not enough supply/demand 2. Network incompatibility 3. Regulatory restrictions 4. Technical limitations

Workaround: Use a popular intermediate currency (swap A→BTC→B instead of direct A→B).

If you need a specific pair, contact support - we may add it based on demand.

Q:Why is my address showing as invalid?

Address validation fails when:

1. Wrong network (e.g., BTC address for ETH) 2. Typos or missing characters 3. Invalid checksum 4. Unsupported address format

Fix: - Copy address directly from your wallet (don't type) - Verify network matches currency - Check for extra spaces - Some wallets have multiple address formats - try alternatives

Our validator catches most errors, but always double-check yourself.

Q:What if my transaction is stuck?

Blockchain transactions can appear stuck due to:

1. Low network fee - transaction pending in mempool 2. Network congestion 3. Wallet/exchange processing delays

Check: - Blockchain explorer for transaction status - Current network congestion - Sending wallet for confirmation

For inbound deposits: Wait for blockchain confirmations (typically 1-30 minutes) For outbound payouts: Contact support if delayed >2 hours

Most "stuck" transactions complete within 1 hour.

Q:Do you have an API?

We're working on a public API for developers!

Planned features: - Programmatic swap creation - Rate queries - Order status tracking - Webhook notifications

Interested in early access? Email api@swapify.gg with your use case.

For now, our web interface is the recommended way to create swaps.

Q:What wallets are supported?

Swapify works with ANY wallet that:

1. Lets you control your private keys 2. Can send/receive the cryptocurrencies you're swapping 3. Supports the correct network (for multi-chain tokens)

Popular compatible wallets: - MetaMask (ETH, BSC, Polygon, etc.) - Trust Wallet (multi-chain) - Ledger/Trezor (hardware wallets) - Exodus, Atomic, Coinomi (multi-currency) - Native wallets (Natrium for XNO, Kalium for BAN, etc.)

Exchange wallets work too, but check if they support direct deposits for your specific network.
